Password reset fix and market changes

Fixed an issue with resetting passwords when the player doesn't have a security key set.

Updated the market to have the type of item, and the shop cost of the item.

Plane bonuses

I've added in the plane bonuses and detriments. Midgard has no change, the primordial planes give more exp and the other 2 give gold. See help for the exact stats.

I've added in a message from the market whenever a new item is added to it.

Removed the 10% sale on the $200 diamond package. (Left over from testing it)

Fixed a highly abusable exploit where you could play on multiple sessions at once. If you try that now, you'll be hit with the attacking too quickly message, like intended. (previously not functioning quite right)

Fixed an issue with referrers not being set if the person signing up encountered a problem of any kind suring their signup process.

Word wrapped long chats so that it doesn't break the display on mobile.

added a max length to the chat input box so you cant input messages too long.

Beast changes and more!

The chance for randomly spawned beasts has been increased 40%.

Chances for tiered beasts has changed. Higher tiers are less common.

Gunnr has had the gold rewards increased 10x.

The 7500 diamond purchase "Mimir's Head" now also provides double levels additionally.

Added ability to see your sent PM's in chat.

Renamed Midgard monsters with appropriate names.

Numbered the monsters now that we're starting to have them all named different between areas, to help you remember where you are at.

Changed how defensive calculations are made. You could see up to 3x better defense for yourself now.

Fixed a security flag issue.

Added numbers to normal monsters, as we're now starting to put in real names for monsters on each plane.

Removed admin from all other top lists.

 

Security changes

The bot test, while working accurately normally, if you let the timer run out there was an error occuring. This left users in a limbo state where they'd never get another security test. This has been fixed so it can no longer be abused. In doing so, It no longer adds a public message about the ban, so the bans for failing tests are currently silent.

Beast fixes

Beasts having a chance to not give rewards on kill has been resolved.

The same issue ~should~ have resolved an issue with beasts disappearing.

Fixed the achievement point display on top lists.

Removed Admin accounts from being displayed on top lists.

Beast lists have been reset as appology for the breaking ones.

Created a scheduled task that will reset the beast lists at midnight on the 1st of each month.

Added the ability to cancel missions, with colour coded buttons for cancel and complete.

Added a message to the spent diamonds area so users know to select an item to see its description.

Added a message to indicate overflow exp loss.

Fixed error in the spelling of "Aggression".

Fixed bug in registration process when leaving email blank.

Fixed an issue with beasts where multiple people could kill it.

Minor code optimisations.

When passing a security test, it wasnt resetting correctly. This meant that in some cases a user would only ever have one test. This has been fixed.

Increased test rate by 20%.

Exponentially increased the gold rewards for completing missions. Diamond rewards remain unchanged.

Added an alert for a successful purchase.

Fixed an issue where some private system messages were showing publicly after the chat rewrite the other day.

Added the NPC name next to spawn messages when beasts are spawned from the beastiary.

Navigational links at the top of the page no open in a new window.

Another load of changes

Reduced the logging so I dont get info about every single click made by users. Logs errors only, unless I specify otherwise.

Fixed an issue where you could inject a chat type to make your messages display in different colours (IE system)

Rewrote the chat display and in turn made it 800x quicker.

Removed public messages for upgrades.

Made rank increases annonymous.

Added in a display for event multipliers next to the relevant stats/skills.

Assorted Fixes and changes

PayPal is now working in production mode, rather than test mode. Neglected to change it in my haste of getting everything working and then cache wouldn't let go of it.

Fixed an abusable exploit in the achievements where I attempted to be nice and give everyone a 100 diamond headstart in the game in "Welcome to the jungle". This achievement now only provides 1,000 gold.

Added SSL encryption to the website and added in redirects to ensure we're all playing securely!

Made additional Chat message defense checks to prevent players being able to inject a different chat "type" to change their message colours.

Fixed an issue with the gold and exp bonus multipliers that rounded numbers in some cases.
